Please be aware that after our cleaning process, your carpets or floors may remain damp for a few hours, potentially posing a slip hazard when moving between carpeted areas and hard surfaces like tiles or floorboards. We appreciate your vigilance during this time.

Our services involve the use of electrical equipment and high-powered vacuum hoses. We kindly ask that you take care not to trip over cords or hoses, and please keep children away from equipment that may be turned on for their safety.

Furthermore, we encourage you to inform our technicians of any potential hazards within your house or on your property before we commence our work.

Delivery of Service:

At Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning, while we strive to achieve excellent results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Some stains, particularly those caused by caustics, acids, or permanent dyes, may be challenging to remove entirely. Additionally, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not visibly apparent during our initial inspection.

These pre-existing conditions may include, but are not limited to:

- Fugitive dyes not correctly set during manufacturing or re-dyeing.

- Upholstery with water or solvent-soluble colored backing material.

- Carpets that have been over-stretched during installation or are experiencing delamination.

- Carpets affected by sun damage, which may make them fragile or affect dye color.

- The use of high alkaline cleaning solutions or products that may unsettle dyes in the fibers.

- Markers used on carpet, fabric backing, or padding.

- Delaminating polyurethane on wood floors not visibly apparent during the initial inspection.

- Bodily fluids within mattresses

Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning offers all customers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service or have concerns about the results, we kindly ask that you:

1. Contact us within 14 days of the job.

2. Provide us with the opportunity to address any workmanship concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a service warranty and not a money-back guarantee.

Payment Methods:

Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning accepts payment in the form of cash and credit/debit card (surcharges may apply). Payment is required on completion of services. In the case that we provide you with a written quote during an on-site visit, please be aware that this quote is valid for 14 days only.An extension may be provided at the discretion of Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning. Should you require us to re-quote the same service at a later stage, a $50 re-attendance fee shall apply.

If there are changes in the scope of work from the time of the initial quote to the time of service delivery, we reserve the right to either charge an appropriate additional fee for the increased work or, if the work is not undertaken, charge 50% of the original job's value. Variations in the scope of work may include:

- Significantly dirtier carpets, mattresses, or upholstery, or carpets/mattresses/upholstery with additional stains.

- Tiled/Carpet floors with additional scratches or paint on the floor.

If you receive a quote over the phone, please keep in mind that the quote is subject to the condition of the surface or items to be cleaned or treated and the size of those areas.

Quoted Services:

For quotes provided during an on-site visit a $75 fee may be required, please note that the quote is valid for 60 days only. If you require us to re-quote the same service at a later stage, a $50 re-attendance fee shall apply.

Cancellation Fees and Surcharges:

At Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning, we reserve the right to charge customers a cancellation fee (minimum of $100) if adequate notice is not provided for the cancellation of a booking. Adequate notice is at the discretion of the Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning team.

For bookings exceeding a $300 value, a deposit of at least $100 or 25% of the total job value may be taken in advance. This deposit is fully refundable and transferable provided you, the client, provide a minimum of 2 full business days' notice for cancellation or transfer by phone (Ph 0417915839) and not via email.

Surcharges may apply to jobs booked for weekends, after-hours, or on public holidays, as well as for services in multi-level apartment buildings or when more than one operator is required.

Parking arrangements for our technician are your responsibility, and any parking costs will be added to the invoice, along with a surcharge if parking is not available within a short distance.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Carpet Cleaning:

At Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning, our prices are based on a maximum room size of 13 square meters. Stairs are priced per step. Additionally, our prices are subject to the condition of your carpet. Any challenging stains may result in an additional charge.

Please note that special offers may not be available in all areas.

Upholstery Cleaning:

Our upholstery cleaning prices are determined per seating position and depend on the condition of your upholstery. The maximum width for a seating position is 80cm. If a seating position exceeds this width, an additional charge will apply. Extra charges may also be incurred for recliners, ottomans, and chaises. For leather upholstery, there will be supplementary charges.

Carpet and Fabric Protection:

When you choose our carpet and fabric protection service, please be aware that there are various types of fabric protection available. Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning's product can best be described as a stain release agent.

This means that the product's reaction varies slightly depending on the type of carpet or fabric. It is not designed to make water bead up on the carpet; rather, it releases stains caused by spills.

However, it's important to note that if the spill or stain is caustic, acidic, or dye-based, the effectiveness of the product may be compromised, and we cannot guarantee the results. Any guarantee related to the product application is limited to an attempt to remove the stain and reapply the product to the affected area.

Tile and Grout Cleaning:

Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning cannot be held responsible for unforeseen adverse conditions related to tile and grout cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Loose, scratched, or chipped tiles

- Loose, cracked, or missing grout

- UV fading or damage

- Staining of the tiles and grout

The clear penetrating natural look tile and grout sealer is supported by a 5-year warranty,

Warranty terms and conditions:

- For warranty claims in the case of a spill, you must file the claim within 5 days of the spill occurring.

- You must attempt to remove the stain with an approved neutral (pH7) cleaning product before contacting Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning.

- In wet areas such as showers, mold and mildew are excluded from all warranty claims.

- Sealed grout should only be cleaned with a soft bristle brush, not a stiff-bristled brush.

- The warranty will be void if areas are cleaned by a company other than Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning or spot cleaned with a product that is not neutral (pH7).

- You agree to have at least one maintenance clean performed by Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning (at a discounted price) every 2-4 years from the date of the original clean to maintain the warranty.

- A receipt must be provided when making a warranty claim.

- This warranty is non-transferable and excludes normal soiling and dirt buildup on hard surfaces and grout. Certain areas may be excluded from the warranty at the discretion of Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning. This warranty applies to owner-occupied residences only and is not applicable to rental or commercial premises or shower cubicle floors.

Natural Stone Tiles:

When cleaning natural stone tiles, the cleaning process may remove oil, detergent, and contaminant buildup that contributes to the stone's shine. As a result, the natural, unaltered state of the stone may appear dull. Please be aware that this is not damage, and Nice N Clean Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for the natural appearance of the stone.
